Our production process is organized into a complete supply chain, from material research and selection to logistics and final shipping. We guarantee excellence at every stage of production, from shearing to hemming to completion on the conveyor belt. The entire production process, from start to finish, is managed almost entirely within NEXTGen. guaranteeing a production capacity of 500 complete pairs per dayWe use advanced technologies such as Industry 4.0 and adopt sustainable practices to optimize every stage of the production process. NEXTGen is accredited with ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management systems in "Footwear Design and Production", ensuring that every shoe meets the highest quality standards required by our customers.

Packaging

Before a shoe leaves our factory, it undergoes rigorous quality checks. Each pair is carefully packaged using tissue paper and custom packaging to ensure maximum protection during shipping. Our packaging system is customized for each customer, allowing for direct distribution to the stores/shops already in stock.

Logistics

We manage every aspect of shipping, ensuring that products arrive on time, in perfect condition, and according to each customer's specific logistical needs.
