NEXTGen is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, specialized in the manufacturing of sneakers for men, women and children.
Born in Barletta as a small family-run shoe factory, founded by the Iodice family, who combined their passion for footwear with an innovative vision. Since those early days, we have constantly innovated, growing to become an industry leader.
Parts of history
The beginnings: In the heart of southern Italy, the Iodice brothers began creating handcrafted shoes with attention to detail.
The expansion: Over the years, with goals and ongoing national collaborations with leading brands, NEXTGen expanded its expertise and production capacity thanks to the administrative takeover of Antonio and Mario Iodice.
Today: Collaborations throughout Europe and projects around the world. A technologically advanced company, capable of managing large-scale production runs and creating collections for sophisticated, international brands.

Today, NEXTGen boasts a state-of-the-art facility, a large team of employees, and partnerships with renowned brands worldwide. Innovative and eco-sustainable machinery and facilities, from solar panels to a corporate circular economy, and a focus on consistent production, are at the core of the company.
The Brothers
Behind NEXTGen's success are the Iodice brothers, whose vision and passion have guided the company's expansion to this day. A division of resources specializing in specific sectors allows them to be leaders with a variety of skills, from modeling to knowledge of materials and fabrics for production. Large-scale production runs, attention to detail, and dedicated teams ensure each project is unique. Excellence in the industry is achieved through our supreme attention to detail, working with a limited number of projects and supporting the client team through to the point of sale with constant attention and advice. Each year, we select the most interesting projects for our partnerships.
